Good Diet
The same diet followed in the sixth month should be followed. Additionally, take ghee medicated with sweet herbs like shatavari early morning on an empty stomach. Decrease fats and salts in your diet and include food items rich in proteins, like wheat, rice kanji, sprouts, lentils, beans, dry peas, and soybean.
